Congratulations!
You’re about to start a business.
I’m sure that you’re finding out that there’s a lot to learn, and that you need to learn it quickly. You’re figuring out taxes, budgets, equipment, and all kinds of things that you’ve never imagined. I know… it can be a bit overwhelming, but don’t worry because so many have stood where you’re standing right now and they’ve succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. You can do this.
What should you do first?
Well, you’re going to get a lot of advice as you travel down the road as a new business owner. Some of it will be good, and some of it you’ll wish you had never listened to. But, at this early stage of the game it’s hard to tell who’s right and who’s wrong. Sadly, the one thing I can almost guarantee that you’ll get bad advice on… is your brand. Why is that? Why is it so misunderstood?
The mysteries behind it all.
Most people, even a lot of business owners, don’t truly understand the science that lies behind branding. They’ll tell you “Ah, just get a cheap logo for five bucks” or “You can totally build a website yourself in about 30 minutes in one of those free template builders”. However, if you know the psychology behind your brand then you’ll quickly realize that the “throw it all together and move on” methodology is a terrible idea because of just how important your brand really is.
It’s the most important part of your business.
You read that right. Your brand is the most important part of your business. It’s what your customers will bond and connect with. It will help keep the experiences that you’ve created for them memorable. It will show new customers everything that they can expect from you, without you ever having to say a word or lift a finger.
Sure, all of those design tools that you see advertising drag and drop or other easy to do marketing materials are supposed to be easy, and inexpensive, but do they match the personality of the company, and you? Do they stir up an emotion or memory? Do they keep the company that you’ve worked so hard to build foremost in the customer’s mind? Or, do they allow you to be forgotten? Or worse, do those cheap substitutions make it look like you have no idea what you’re doing.
Maybe they’re too good to be true.
After all, how many other businesses have used that same template? How many of your competitors have a logo, business card and even a website that look exactly like yours? Does your marketing actually reach the customers you want, or does it just exist?
Hello, my name is Michael Kurtz.
I’ve created the Designed from Scratch Concepts Education Portal because I believe that starting a business without first creating a solid brand will make it harder for you to be successful. Do you really want all of your hard work and sacrifices represented by something that was just thrown together because “Meh, it was just easier to do it that way?” Is that really the message you want to send?
Let me show you how it works.
If you’re like me, you’ve put everything you have into your business. You’ve taken some major risks and made some huge sacrifices. Don’t waste those efforts by compromising on the most important parts of achieving your dream. The Designed from Scratch Concepts Education Portal can help you design your brand, the personality of your business, from scratch.
I am a passionate artist and an expert in my craft and so I’ve built the Designed from Scratch Concepts Education Portal so that you can understand what it takes to create a game changing strategy that matches perfectly to your business, not just something that fills in the blanks. The Designed from Scratch Concepts Education Portal will help you build an identity that is unique and special, something that will make sure you’re remembered, and something to be proud of.
